Fitizen approached us with three clear goals: reduce customer acquisition costs, enter the U.S. market, and launch their first ever female range. Additionally, they needed clarity on their brand’s mission and values. A rebrand became crucial when a naming conflict arose with another company, showing that a fresh start was necessary.

(Re)Building the Brand

Together with the Fitizen team and founder Tom Eastman, we rebranded Olympvs into what is now Fitizen. We helped develop the new name, logo, and visual identity, and worked to define and clearly communicate their values, mission, and how they present themselves to the world.

Paid Ads

We wrote scripts, directed production, and oversaw the creative process for ads that earned real results and helped expand Fitizen's reach into new markets.

Email Marketing

We helped them build and execute an email marketing strategy that generated 40% of the company’s revenue. This included writing smart, but easy to understand copy, designing strong visuals, and creating automations that kept their audience engaged.

Website Experience

We also influenced how products were shown on the website, which led to higher conversions and better shopping experience.

Breaking Records

During our partnership, Fitizen reached its first million in revenue and set a new monthly sales record during Black Friday. Joint marketing efforts played a critical role in these achievements.
