Terms of Use Agreement

Effective Date: 10. 04. 2025.

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions between Miloš Milenković PR Startline Strategies ("Startline Strategies", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Serbia, and the user ("Client", "you", or "your") regarding the use of our website https://startlinestrategies.com (the "Website") and any services provided by Startline Strategies (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our Website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Services

Startline Strategies offers creative, branding, marketing, and design-related services. The scope, timeline, and pricing of any service will be defined in a separate proposal, contract, or agreement provided to the Client.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All intellectual property created during the provision of services shall belong to Startline Strategies until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the Client, excluding any third-party materials (e.g., stock images, fonts, or software), which remain subject to their respective licenses. Startline Strategies retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide clear and timely feedback, information, and materials necessary for the successful delivery of services. Ensure that any content provided to Startline Strategies does not infringe on the rights of third parties or violate applicable laws.

4. Payment Terms

Unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement:

Invoices are due within 7 to 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services. Deposits (if required) are non-refundable.

5. Third-Party Materials

If any work includes third-party content (such as fonts, imagery, plugins, or tools), the Client is responsible for acquiring the appropriate licenses. Startline Strategies will notify the Client of such requirements.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation remains in effect after the completion of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Startline Strategies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or agreement in writing. In the event of termination, the Client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date. Startline Strategies retains the right to suspend or discontinue work due to non-payment or breach of agreement.

9. Website Use

The content on our Website is provided for informational purposes only. Users agree not to copy, reproduce, or misuse any content without written permission. We make no guarantees about the availability or accuracy of the Website.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Serbia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.
